How to make smoking stop aging your skin?

Please no comments such as, “stop smoking” or any rude comments, I’ve heard it all before, but I was wondering if there was anything I can do to make smoking cigarettes stop again my skin(making me look older) such as using any facial washes, etc.
Thanks,
Chelsea

I’m still young (19), but after smoking since I was 16 I notice the difference between my skin during the weeks where I smoked heavily. Then after becoming concerned about sun-damage to my skin I started wearing sunscreen. I then noticed that it also protected my skin from the smoke! And now my skin looks great. Try it out kay?

But if only there was a way to protect your hair from smelling like cigarettes…

I wouldn’t worry about it. As a smoker, your chances of dying young are higher than normal.

well Chelsea, the answer is quite simple. since sucking the cigarette smoke into your lungs causes the aging effect on your skin, doing the opposite will cause your skin to not only look younger, but it will change your skin so that it IS younger. To start, simply take a deep breath of fresh air (it helps to be sitting next to a tree or small bush) and then blow the fresh air through the cigarette. do this as many times as you can, it helps to go through at least half a pack a day.

after about a week you should see some astonishing results :)

    Good luck!
